TV Internet service providers

To order service, you may be required to provide the following:
– Name (first & last)
– Valid address
– Valid contact number
– Valid email address
If opening a new account with Verizon, a credit application is required. You will need to provide a valid Social Security number or an alternate means of identification. We will verify this information with a credit bureau and notify you via email if we need additional information. All information is kept confidential and secure. In addition, some services require a valid credit card number for ordering.

Is my Social Security number required?

Your Social Security number is not required; however, we will need to check your credit history in order to process the order, and supplying your Social Security number makes this process faster. Your Social Security number is transmitted securely. If you choose to continue your order without entering your Social Security number, you may be contacted for additional information before your order can be completed.
