Nice, almost-universal remote. Posted by: DocZeuhl from: Boston, MA on This remote came with and is mostly used for our DirecTV receivers. It recognized our TVs: a 2005 Toshiba rear-projection TV, and two ~10-year old TVs. However it did not recognize some of our DVD players, home theater systems. Not a big deal. My main gripe is its slow response between remote and receiver, such as when scrolling through channel listings or searching for shows. Otherwise, this a good remote.
